Daily marketing edits happen in OAR Content Studio — not stock wp-admin. This page is a short map. It is noindexed. Do not publish passwords here.

Open Content Studio

Sign in

  • Staff: /admin/ (OAR Content Studio) with Administrator, OAR Staff, or Editor. Google OAuth works the same as elsewhere.
  • Clients: /portal/login/ with role OAR Client. They are redirected away from Content Studio.
  • Advanced / plugins / Retainer CRUD: https://oarsystems.net/wp-admin/ (escape hatch).

Content Studio (Phase 1)

Homepage hero/stats/section copy, Services hero, About story chrome/values/credentials, and Contact hero + public emails. Live preview shows the real public templates. Save writes the same options those templates read.

Still in WordPress admin when needed

  • Services practice posts (capabilities / deliverables / retainer lists — no prices)
  • Tools, Gallery (Projects), Team CPTs — Phase 2 studio surfaces
  • Retainer accounts, tickets, invoices

Rules

  • No Getty / hotlinked stock.
  • No personal Gmail or phone on public pages.
  • No invented prices.
  • Spelling: Ubiquiti.

Retainer: staff vs client

  • Staff: WP admin → Retainer. Create Accounts, then Invoices, Tickets, Client projects, Documents, hours.
  • Clients sign in at https://it.oarsystems.net/portal/login/ for dashboard, tickets, billing display (no card checkout), documents, and hours.
